The commencement of piling works marks the official start of structural construction for Skyline (Eastside) @ OneSentosa following an overwhelmingly positive market response.

Since its official launch on 21 July 2025, the first phase of the OneSentosa masterplan has achieved an impressive 90% take-up rate within twelve months, reflecting strong purchaser confidence in both the project and TSLAWLand’s long-term vision for the area.

LOOKING AHEAD: PLOT 2

Building on the success of Plot 1, TSLAWLand is progressing plans for the next phase of the OneSentosa masterplan.
