TSLAW Land recently celebrated the topping-out of Skyline Kuchai, a milestone signifying remarkable construction progress. Located on 4.8 acres, the development features two towers with 1,838 apartments ranging from 550 sq ft to 1,470 sq ft.

Targeted for completion by the end of 2026—10 months ahead of schedule—Skyline Kuchai offers over 100,000 sq ft of facilities catering to a multigenerational lifestyle. As a Transit-Oriented Development (TOD), it provides seamless connectivity via the Kuchai Lama MRT Station, just 500M away.

"Skyline Kuchai is the second development under the Skyline series to be completed this year," said executive director Law Wai Cheong. "We aim to revitalise and elevate the living standards in Kuchai Lama."

The event, attended by TSLAW Land leadership and guests, preludes the upcoming launch of the 26-acre KLX mixed development.
